Member); falsely says Orca video was not available to share with JG and also said (falsely) Orca usually takes a couple of weeks before they post a video (1:48); LS said JG was contacted bc of LS’s actions (1:49) whereas the truth is that it resulted from RH finally revealing the March 2024 Complaint via FOIA). LS expressly did not apologize for VD’s behavior bc she was not there [omits that she had committed to investigate). LS claims PH did not tell Bd of July ‘23 complaint (1:50); 1:50 et seq LS makes it sound like they went into Exec. Session to fire VD primarily bc of JG. She says nothing of their hiring VD as Road Commissioner on the same day (March 19, 2024) or that they did not fire him until June 4, 2024 and only after VD had made ADD’L threats (and that time to Town employees). Nor did she or ZV add that they’d let VD vote (as a Bd. Member) on his own firing as Road Commissioner, nor did they reveal that ZV abstained on the June 2024 vote (in contrast to her knowing VD well enough in March 2024 to second the motion for his being hired as RC). LS apologizes to JG only for Board’s failure to investigate in July 202 (ignores that she did not investigate even in March or April 2024 … or ever) LS ends 1:52. Comment from someone in audience (Wayne or Wm. Fitzgerald?) who asks if Town can substantiate what JG said (and seemed bothered most that VD had been fired over something LS could not substantiate). LS made clear that she was apologizing for the Bd. and not for the Town, and only for the Board’s failure to investigate it … not for VD’s actions. LS gives no credit to either side (1:53) LS said July ‘23 complaint should have come to Board but did not (that assertion is inconsistent with JG’s statement that he called LS as well as PH, SM and EM in Aug. 2024). At (1:54) LS turns to other matters.
